2. Services Offered

Proper Partys provides party rentals, balloon décor, room styling, delivery, setup, and next-day cleanup services.

3. Booking and Payments

Quotes do not guarantee availability.
Items, décor, and rentals are reserved only after payment is submitted.

Payments are processed through Wix, HoneyBook, PayPal, Stripe, or similar processors.
By paying, you agree to their terms as well.

4. Rental Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup.
Charges apply for damage, loss, staining, or excessive cleaning.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • misuse or alter rental items

  • resell or sub-rent

  • operate equipment unsafely

  • move items without permission

  • threaten, harass, or endanger staff

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All refund and cancellation terms are listed in our Refund Policy.

7. Staff Safety

Any abusive, dangerous, or hostile behavior results in immediate service cancellation with no refund.

8. Liability

Proper Partys is not liable for:

  • injuries

  • accidents

  • weather issues

  • property damage

  • misuse of equipment

By booking, you assume all risks associated with your event.

9. Force Majeure

Events outside of our control (weather, emergencies, power outages, disasters, illness, etc.) may impact service.
Refunds are not guaranteed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.

 REFUND POLICY 

Proper Partys – Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payments

The following are always non-refundable:

  • Delivery fees

  • Retainers/deposits

  • Setup/styling fees

  • Balloon décor items

  • Custom items

  • Airbnb/hotel décor preparation

  • Next-day cleanup fee (if access is denied)

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

14+ days before event:
Full refund minus the cost of purchased décor items.

7–13 days before event:
50% refund minus purchased décor items.

Less than 7 days:
No refund.

3. Weather Policy

If weather prevents safe setup before delivery, payment may be credited to a future date.

Once items are loaded or delivered, no refunds are given.

4. Damage and Loss Fees

Customers are responsible for:

  • missing items

  • damaged items

  • stained items

  • excessively dirty items

Replacement or cleaning fees will be billed to the card on file.

5. Chargeback Policy

Submitting a false chargeback is considered theft of services and offenders will be prosecuted 
Proper Partys will supply all documentation to dispute any chargeback.
